Dialogue – 65 (Control)

“Who is the most powerful person in the world…?”

“The one who knows his biggest weaknesses, and overcomes it..”

“Hmm…..and what are those weaknesses..?”

“Ghazali said and I quote..’Declare your jihad on enemies you cannot see – egoism, arrogance, conceit, selfishness, greed, lust, intolerance, anger, lying, cheating, gossiping and slandering. If you can master and destroy them, then you will be read to fight the enemy you can see’…”

“Means, weaknesses are those which are invisible..?”

“Weaknesses are always invisible, My Dearest…!…. Its their causes and effects which are visible…”

“..And which is the biggest weaknesses, which a powerful has to master?..”

“His anger…”

“And what are the simplest ways to overcome weaknesses…?”

“The simplest ways are: to keep one’s tongue and one’s self, in control…”
